Introduce Commissions

In 1964, the Ministry of Culture was divided into two Ministries: Culture and Arts, Education and Endowments. As a result, the High Council of Culture was divided into two parts: the "Planning Council" in the Ministry of Culture and Arts and the "High Council of Education" in the Ministry of Education.

The Higher Education Council continued its work from 1343 to 1347 with a composition of members and a description of previous duties. The first meeting of the Higher Education Council was held on June 1, 1347, chaired by Dr. Hedayati, Minister of Education, and Dr. Sharifi, Deputy Minister of Education.
